Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or using BridgesCare Dubai services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Welcome to BridgesCare Dubai. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, facilities, and all therapeutic, rehabilitation, and educational services provided by BridgesCare Dubai ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking an appointment, receiving services, or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, or receiving any services from BridgesCare Dubai, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you are a parent or legal guardian arranging services on behalf of a minor, you agree to these Terms on the minor's behalf and accept responsibility for compliance.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our services and website. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not agree to comply with these Terms.
These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional agreements, consent forms, or policies provided to you at the time of registration or during the course of treatment at our facilities.
BridgesCare Dubai is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy and rehabilitation center licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and approved by the Community Development Authority (CDA). We provide the following services, among others:
All services are delivered by licensed, qualified professionals in accordance with the standards and regulations set by the DHA and other relevant UAE authorities. The specific services recommended for each client are determined through professional clinical assessment.
Appointments may be booked by phone, email, through our website, or in person at either of our clinic locations. Appointment confirmations will be sent via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Scheduling an appointment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our cancellation policy.
We understand that plans can change. Clients may reschedule appointments free of charge provided that at least 24 hours' notice is given prior to the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the fees outlined below.
A minimum of 24 hours' advance notice is required for all appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee. Repeated late cancellations may result in a requirement to pre-pay for future sessions.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notification ("no-show") will result in being charged the full session fee. After three consecutive no-shows, BridgesCare Dubai reserves the right to require advance payment for all future bookings or to discontinue services, at our discretion.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment may have their session shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full session fee will still apply. If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late, the session may be treated as a no-show.
Service fees are determined based on the type of therapy, duration of the session, and the qualifications of the treating professional. A detailed fee schedule is available at our reception and will be communicated to you prior to commencing treatment. BridgesCare Dubai reserves the right to update fees at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing clients.
We accept the following methods of payment:
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made for insurance direct billing or a payment plan. For package-based programs (such as the Bridge Learning Program or Summer & Winter Programs), payment is required in full prior to program commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any unpaid balances must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date. BridgesCare Dubai reserves the right to suspend services for clients with outstanding balances exceeding 30 days. Outstanding accounts may be referred to a collection agency, and all associated collection costs will be borne by the client.
BridgesCare Dubai works with a number of insurance providers and third-party administrators. The list of accepted insurance plans is available at our reception desks and on our website. Insurance coverage and benefits vary between plans, and acceptance of insurance does not guarantee coverage for all services.
Many insurance plans require pre-authorization before therapy sessions can be billed directly to the insurer. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all required pre-authorizations are obtained before the commencement of services. BridgesCare Dubai will assist with the pre-authorization process wherever possible, but we cannot guarantee approval from the insurance provider.
Clients are responsible for all co-payments, deductibles, and any services not covered by their insurance plan. Co-payments are due at the time of each session. If insurance claims are denied or underpaid for any reason, the client assumes full financial responsibility for the unpaid balance.
Clients must inform BridgesCare Dubai immediately of any changes to their insurance coverage, including policy cancellations, renewals, or changes in plan benefits. Failure to notify us of changes may result in the client being held responsible for the full cost of services rendered.
As a client of BridgesCare Dubai, or as a parent/guardian of a client, you agree to:
Before commencing any therapy or assessment, clients (or their parent/guardian in the case of minors) will be asked to provide informed consent. This process includes an explanation of the proposed treatment, expected outcomes, potential risks, and alternative options. You have the right to ask questions and receive clear answers before consenting to any procedure or program.
For clients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent before any assessment, treatment, or service can commence. The consenting parent or guardian must have legal authority to make healthcare decisions for the minor. BridgesCare Dubai may request documentation of legal guardianship where necessary.
Clients or their parent/guardian may withdraw consent for treatment at any time by providing written notice. Please note that withdrawing consent may affect the continuity and outcomes of therapy. Any fees for services already rendered or sessions already booked (within the cancellation window) will remain payable.
In the event of a medical emergency occurring on our premises, BridgesCare Dubai staff may take reasonable steps to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the client, including contacting emergency medical services. By using our services, you authorize us to act in the best interest of the client's safety during emergencies.
BridgesCare Dubai offers telehealth therapy sessions through secure, encrypted video conferencing platforms. Clients accessing telehealth services must ensure they have a stable internet connection, a device with a functioning camera and microphone, and a private, quiet space suitable for conducting therapy sessions. Specific platform instructions will be provided at the time of booking.
While telehealth is an effective mode of therapy delivery for many services, certain assessments and interventions may require in-person attendance. Your therapist will advise you if a particular service cannot be effectively delivered via telehealth. Telehealth sessions are subject to the same professional standards, confidentiality obligations, and fees as in-clinic sessions.
BridgesCare Dubai is not responsible for disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or other technical problems on the client's end. If a session is interrupted due to technical difficulties, reasonable efforts will be made to reconnect. If the session cannot be resumed, the therapist and client will arrange an alternative time. Sessions that cannot proceed due to client-side technical issues may still be subject to the standard cancellation policy.
By using our telehealth services, you consent to the delivery of therapy via digital platforms and acknowledge that, while we employ industry-standard security measures, no technology is completely immune to breaches. Telehealth sessions must not be recorded by either party without explicit written consent from all participants.

All therapy materials, treatment protocols, assessment tools, educational resources, home exercise programs, and proprietary programs (including but not limited to the Bridge Learning Program and Summer & Winter Program curricula) developed or used by BridgesCare Dubai are our exclusive intellectual property. These materials are provided solely for the personal, non-commercial use of the client and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or shared with third parties without our prior written consent.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any content or materials belonging to BridgesCare Dubai without express written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
BridgesCare Dubai may, from time to time, wish to capture photographs, videos, or other media during therapy sessions, events, or at our facilities for use in promotional materials, social media, our website, educational content, or other marketing purposes.
The use of any photographs, videos, or media featuring clients (particularly minors) requires separate, explicit written consent from the client or their parent/legal guardian. This consent is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of receiving services at BridgesCare Dubai.
You may withdraw media consent at any time by providing written notice to our administration. Upon receiving such notice, we will make reasonable efforts to remove previously published content, though we cannot guarantee the removal of content that has already been shared or distributed by third parties.
Clients and visitors are not permitted to photograph or record other clients, staff, or proprietary therapy environments without prior written approval from BridgesCare Dubai management. This policy exists to protect the privacy and confidentiality of all clients and staff.
BridgesCare Dubai, its directors, employees, therapists, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services, website, or facilities.
While we strive to deliver the highest quality of care, therapy outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, and BridgesCare Dubai does not guarantee specific results from any treatment or program. Our therapists provide evidence-based interventions in accordance with professional standards, but outcomes depend on numerous factors including client participation, condition severity, and adherence to treatment plans.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, BridgesCare Dubai's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded under UAE law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including all applicable Federal laws and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, unless the parties agree to an alternative dispute resolution mechanism as outlined in Section 13 below.
Where these Terms conflict with any mandatory provisions of UAE Federal Law, the mandatory legal provisions shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
BridgesCare Dubai values its relationships with clients and will endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services provided, the following procedure shall apply:
The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through direct discussion and negotiation. You may raise your concern with our Clinic Manager or through our official communication channels.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussion within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation. The mediation shall be conducted by a mutually agreed mediator in Dubai, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) or another recognized mediation body.
If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within 60 days of referral, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the DIAC. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Either party retains the right to seek urgent interim or injunctive relief from the Dubai Courts at any stage, regardless of the dispute resolution process described above.
Clients may discontinue services at any time by providing written notice to BridgesCare Dubai. Any outstanding fees for services already rendered, and any applicable cancellation fees for pre-booked sessions, will remain payable.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services to any client under the following circumstances:
Upon termination, all outstanding financial obligations remain in effect. Client records will be retained in accordance with DHA record retention requirements and applicable UAE data protection regulations. Clients may request copies of their clinical records in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
BridgesCare Dubai reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.
For material changes that significantly affect client rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients via email or at the time of their next visit. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage clients to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any modifications, you may discontinue using our services as outlined in Section 14.
